Summer in the UK ends too soon, so we’re taking you to Crete for one last lounge under the Mediterranean Sun. I’ll be working alongside my beautiful friend Sophie Gordon who will be cooking you seasonal + sustainable meals, something that has been in the works for some time now. This may be my last European retreat, it is not one to be missed!

Whats included

6-nights in a secluded villa on the south coast of Crete

Twice daily Yoga + Meditation [2 hours in the morning, 90 minutes in the evening]

Day 1 [ Sunday 13th October]

  • 2pm: Arrival + Welcome Juice + Settle in

  • 5:30pm: 90 min Post-Flight-Flow

Day 2 [Monday 14th October]

  • 8am: Meditation + 90 Min Dynamic Vinyasa

  • 10:30am: Brunch

  • 5:30pm: 90 min Breathing Workshop + Yin

  • 7:30pm: Dinner

Day 3 [ Tuesday 15th October]

  • 8am: Meditation + 90 Min Dynamic Vinyasa

  • 12:00: Hike around the neighbouring areas

  • 4:00: Snacks + Juices

  • 5:30pm: Inversions + Arm-balances Workshop 1

Location

Perched on the edge of a hill on the southern edge of Crete, overlooking its own private beach, our luxurious villa is the perfect setting to chase the remainder of summer. During October, the countryside takes on an autumnal glow, the weather stays warm enough for swimming, the trees turn beautiful shades of red and orange and things get a little bit quieter. It's secluded location makes it the perfect place to completely switch off for a week, reconnecting with nature and watching the sun dip over the horizon every afternoon.

Food

I am really excited to be finally working with one of my closest friends, UK chef Sophie Gordon, on this retreat. Sophie’s strong values in sustainability align perfectly with my own, and we will be assisted by a local female chef [something that is very important to me] to bring you fresh, inspired, family-style feasts. The meals will be predominantly vegan-based, with some options for our non-vegans, eg. eggs, feta cheese, and catch of the day when it’s fresh out of the sea and sustainable. We feel strongly about creating a judgement-free environment, so all food choices will be welcomed and respected. Ready yourself for fresh fruits and salads, locally-inspired meals such as moussaka, yemista and gigantes, and of course and an abundance of local olives [wine if you fancy] and tzatziki!


Yoga

All levels are welcome, but I do recommend coming to one of my classes before the retreat, if possible. I aim to create a welcoming space for students - new and experienced - to find grounding and adventure on their mats. My sequences are challenging yet attainable, and I try and encourage students to achieve their goals in a safe and supportive learning environment. Adjustments will be offered for injuries and variations for the more experienced practitioner. Everyone should expect to come away learning something new.

Easy Jet flies direct to Heraklion, a round-trip on the recommended flight is currently £157.

Recommended flight is the 7:00 Arrival and 13:55 Departure with Easy Jet. **Transfers will be included for this flight only.
